Gated Community Management, LLC (GCM), an Austin based company, was formed to meet communities demand for transparency, reliability, and accuracy.
For the past decade, Victor Russo and Whitney McKain have been partners in commercial real estate. They have been involved in all aspects of some of the largest mixed-use real estate development projects in Texas. They have a proven track record working with institutions and high net worth individuals, as well as foreign investors.
Andy Schulle has been our "Utility Player". He has extensive residential and commercial experience in trouble shooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and performing necessary repairs in a timely and cost effective manner.
The GCM Team recognized a need for greater professionalism in association management services. They are now bringing a commercial approach to residential association management.

Victor Russo,CPM®,CCIM
Partner - Director of Operations
Victor Russo has more than 40 years experience representing foreign and domestic real estate investors, as well as high net worth property owners and corporate users. He has worked with some of the largest full service global commercial real estate firms such as CBRE, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.
He began his career as a Property Manager in Houston, Texas and through his diligent work, became one of the most successful real estate Asset Managers in the US. Based in Austin, Texas, Victor now leverages his extensive commercial real estate experience to provide Home Owner Associations, Condominium Owner Associations and Property Owner Associations, a higher level of professional management services. His proven track record in property management, financial managment, budgeting, construction supervision, contract services managment and property tax management has been invaluable to his clients.
Victor attended Texas State University majoring in Business Administration. Victor is a past president of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds its designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®). He also holds the distinguised designation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Victor holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and an affiliate member of Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR).
whitney mckain, MBA
Partner - Director of Financial Reporting
Whitney McKain is based in her hometown of Austin, Texas and is co-founder of Gated Community Management, LLC. Whitney has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in asset management, financial management and reporting, financial analysis, real estate auditing and investment analysis.
Whitney now leverages her extensive commercial real estate experience to provide Home Owner Associations, Condominium Owner Associations and Property Owner Associations a higher level of professional management services.
She has worked for such firms as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte and Kennedy Wilson, where she prepared and reviewed financial and capital statements, analyzed third-party financial statements to ensure appropriate items were accurately recorded, and established accurate fair market value of investments. Additionally, she allocated investor and investment distributions and contributions. Whitney has her Bachelors in Accounting from Texas Tech University and an MBA (with a concentration in Accounting) from the University of Texas at Arlington . Whitney holds a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License.

Senior Property Manager/Director of Maintenance Operations
Andy Schulle serves as Gated Community Management’s Senior Property Manager & Director of Maintenance Operations. Andy is truly our "Utility Player." Andy is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston and has lived in Austin since 1992. Andy began his career working for Dell Computer in Austin in the internal technical support group and as a repair facility liaison for over 12 years.
In addition to working at Dell Computer, Andy served in an executive position with United States Refining Company, a petroleum refining and petrochemical company. He also held executive positions with Texas Commercial Resources and Petrosearch Corporation, both Houston based energy companies. For the past 10 years, Andy found his calling in commercial real estate as a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent, completing numerous leasing and investment sales assignments.
Andy has extensive residential and commercial experience in trouble shooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and performing necessary repairs. He also performs minor interior/exterior repairs and construction for property owners, saving property owners money and time. He also assists in providing regular property inspections and Deed restriction enforcement.
Andy is available on a 24/7 basis to exclusively assist Gated Community Management clients on an as needed basis.
