Gated Community Management (GCM), an Austin-based company, was formed to meet communities' demand for transparency, reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness. We provide quality property management services in Texas.
GCM prides itself on its personal approach to client service. Our goal is to preserve the value of our client's most coveted possession - their residence. We strive to provide the best association management services - not to be the biggest. We serve high-end gated communities and proactively manage their POA/HOA/COA associations as if we lived there ourselves. In our 50 years of combined real estate experience, the majority of our clients have been referrals from other satisfied clients.

Our management team acts in a fiduciary role and is dedicated to preserving value for your community through our extensive knowledge from years of commercial real estate experience.
GCM has specific experience in Texas Property Code compliance, Deed restriction enforcement, Architectural Review and Compliance, Permitting, Title Company coordination, asset management, property management, financial management, budgeting, construction supervision, and contract services management.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
We leverage our extensive commercial real estate experience in financial reporting and analysis for some of the largest and most sophisticated real estate owners in the United States to provide the POA/HOA/COA with the highest level of transparency and accuracy.
We utilize the state-of-the-art TownSq property owner financial management portal and related C3 financial reporting software to assist us in providing the community association with the most accurate and detailed property management and financial reporting in the industry.
CONTRACT SERVICES MANAGEMENT
During our 50 years of commercial property management, we have developed an extensive list of qualified contract service vendors. We bid on our contract services on an annual basis in order to obtain competitive pricing. We strongly believe that consolidation of vendors allows communities to achieve maximum savings and less wear and tear on the common areas.
We require each vendor to have the proper insurance coverage before they ever step foot on the property.
